Description
Helmet Overview
The KYT TT-REVO helmet is a full-face motorcycle helmet constructed from ADT-advanced thermoplastic, a mix of thermoplastic resins developed for high resistance to crashes. Designed to deliver reliable performance on the road and in urban environments, it combines accessibility with modern safety standards.
Its extreme and captivating shapes have been studied in the wind tunnel to achieve aerodynamic efficiency without compromising ergonomic comfort. The TT-REVO is engineered to be strong, comfortable, and performance-oriented for everyday riding.
Certification & Safety
The helmet is homologated and certified according to:
- ECE 22.06
- ISI
- DOT
These certifications confirm compliance with international and Indian road safety requirements.
Shell Construction
The outer shell is made from ADT (Advanced Thermoplastic), offering high resistance to impacts.
The shell is produced in three sizes (S, M, L) to ensure improved ergonomics and accurate fit.
The helmet is wind tunnel tested for aerodynamic performance.
Protective Polystyrene (EPS)
The internal protective polystyrene liner is realized in three sizes (S, M, L) to obtain better ergonomics.
It features variable density EPS, allowing gradual and progressive absorption of impact energy.
While the external shell absorbs a major part of the impact through deformation, the polystyrene liner plays a determinant role in absorbing residual energy.
Visor System
The refined visor mechanism is designed to offer both practicality and efficiency.
The visor is made from polycarbonate with variable thickness to achieve optical class 1 standards.
It includes:
- Scratch-resistant treatment
- UV 380 ray filters
- An intuitive visor lock system to secure the visor in the closed position while riding
The helmet is ready for Antifog Pinlock Max Vision 70.
Ventilation System
The helmet uses specific channeling within the polystyrene liner that works in symbiosis with multiple air intakes.
Ventilation layout:
- 5 front air intakes
- 4 rear air extractors under the aerodynamic spoiler
This configuration supports optimal airflow and quick exhaust of hot air from inside the helmet.
Interior & Comfort
The inner liners are made of soft, breathable bi-elastic fabric with synthetic fibers.
They are designed to:
- Offer high sweat absorption
- Keep the interior fresh and dry
Fine fabric construction supports airflow while maintaining dryness and comfort in contact with the face.
Retention System
The helmet is equipped with a Double D-Ring retention system made from light alloy, ensuring secure and reliable fastening.
