The KYT TT Revo Plain Gloss Black is a full face motorcycle helmet developed using advanced aerodynamic research and wind tunnel testing. Designed for riders who want a sporty look with everyday usability, the helmet offers a strong balance of safety, airflow, and comfort.

Certification & Safety

The helmet comes with ECE 22.06 and ISI certification, making it legal for road use in India while meeting international safety standards.

Shell Construction

The outer shell is produced using ADT-advanced thermoplastic material, a mix of thermoplastic resins with high resistance to impacts. The shell is manufactured in three sizes (S, M, and L) to ensure proper fit and safety.

Protective Polystyrene (EPS)

The internal polystyrene liner is produced in three sizes (XS, M, and L) with variable density. This design allows gradual and progressive absorption of impact energy, improving rider protection.

Visor & Visibility

The visor is made of polycarbonate with anti-scratch treatment and features a new ratchet mechanism that allows tool-free removal. The helmet includes a visor locking system to keep the visor securely closed during riding. The visor is Pinlock® 70 ready (Pinlock insert not included).

Ventilation System

The internal EPS features dedicated channels that work in symbiosis with multiple air intakes and exhaust ports. The TT Revo includes five front air intakes and four rear extractors under the aerodynamic spoiler, ensuring optimal airflow and quick exhaust of hot air.

Comfort & Interior

The interior liners are made of soft, breathable bi-elastic fabric with synthetic fibers that absorb sweat and keep the helmet interior fresh and dry. The cheek pads are removable, washable, and available in different thicknesses for better fit.
