Helmet Overview

The KYT TT Revo helmet is a full-face motorcycle helmet engineered using ADT-advanced thermoplastic, a mix of thermoplastic resins developed for high resistance to crashes. Its aggressive and aerodynamic shape has been studied in the wind tunnel to deliver performance while maintaining ergonomics and everyday usability.

Designed with input from aeronautics engineering and specialized software, the KYT TT Revo helmet focuses on strength, comfort, and controlled airflow, making it suitable for daily commuting as well as spirited road riding.

Shell Construction

The outer shell is constructed using ADT (Advanced Thermoplastic), a blend of thermoplastic resins with high resistance to impact.
The shell is produced in three sizes (S, M, L) to improve fit accuracy across different head sizes.
The helmet has been wind tunnel tested to evaluate aerodynamic behavior and stability.

Protective Polystyrene (EPS)

The internal protective polystyrene liner is produced in three sizes to enhance ergonomics and fit.
It features variable density EPS, allowing gradual and progressive absorption of impact energy.
While the external shell absorbs a major portion of impact through deformation, the polystyrene liner plays a decisive role in absorbing residual energy.

Visor System

The visor is made from polycarbonate with anti-scratch treatment.
A new ratchet system allows tool-free visor removal, improving practicality during maintenance.

Interior & Comfort

The inner liners are made from soft, breathable bi-elastic fabric with synthetic fibers.

The cheek pads are removable and available in different thicknesses, supporting comfort and fit customization.
