The KYT TT Revo helmet is a full-face protective helmet designed for urban and everyday road riding.
Constructed using ADT advanced thermoplastic, it delivers certified safety and aerodynamic performance.
ECE 22.06 and ISI certified, it meets international and Indian riding standards.
Description

The helmet is homologated and certified according to:

These certifications confirm compliance with international safety norms and Indian road regulations
Shell Construction
The outer shell is made from ADT (Advanced Thermoplastic), a blend of thermoplastic resins with high resistance to impact.
The shell is produced in three sizes (S, M, L) to improve ergonomics and fit accuracy.
The helmet has been wind tunnel tested to evaluate aerodynamic efficiency and stability
Protective Polystyrene (EPS)
The internal protective polystyrene liner is produced in three sizes to obtain better ergonomics.
It features variable density EPS, allowing gradual and progressive absorption of impact energy.
While the external shell absorbs a major portion of impact energy through deformation, the polystyrene liner plays a decisive role in absorbing residual energy
Visor System
The visor is made of polycarbonate with anti-scratch treatment.
A new ratchet mechanism allows tool-free visor removal, improving ease of use and maintenance.
The helmet also features a new visor lock system to secure the visor in the closed position while riding.
Visor features include:
- Scratch-resistant polycarbonate visor
- Full vision design
- UV 380 ray protection
- Pinlock: MAX Pinlock 70 ready
(Pinlock antifog lens is not included)
Ventilation System
The helmet incorporates specific channeling within the polystyrene liner that works in symbiosis with multiple air vents.
Ventilation layout:
- 5 front air intakes
- 4 rear air extractors under the aerodynamic spoiler
This configuration supports optimal airflow and quick exhaust of hot air from inside the helmet
Interior & Comfort
The inner liners are made from soft, breathable bi-elastic fabric with synthetic fibers.
They are designed to:
- Offer high sweat absorption
- Keep the interior fresh and dry
- Improve airflow around the face
The cheek pads are easily removable and available in different thicknesses, allowing comfort and fit adjustment.
The interior supports wearing glasses
Retention System
The helmet uses a Double D-Ring retention system, providing a secure and reliable fastening solution commonly used in performance-oriented helmets.
