Description
Helmet Overview
The KYT TT-REVO helmet features captivating and extreme shapes that have been deeply studied in the wind tunnel to achieve strong aerodynamic performance without neglecting styling and ergonomics. Positioned in the sport-touring segment, it is designed to deliver comfort, airflow efficiency, and stability during daily riding and longer road journeys.
Certification & Safety
The helmet is homologated and certified according to:
- ECE 22.06
- ISI
These certifications confirm compliance with current international safety regulations and Indian road requirements.
Shell Construction
The outer shell is made from ADT-Advanced Thermoplastic, a mix of thermoplastic resins developed for high resistance to crashes.
The shell is produced in three sizes (M & L) as specified, supporting improved ergonomics and fit.
The helmet has been wind tunnel tested to evaluate aerodynamic performance.
Protective Polystyrene (EPS)
The internal protective polystyrene liner is realized in three sizes to obtain better ergonomics.
It features variable density EPS, allowing gradual and progressive absorption of impact energy.
While the external shell absorbs a major part of the impact energy through deformation, the polystyrene liner plays a determinant role in absorbing residual energy.
Visor System
The visor is made of polycarbonate with anti-scratch treatment.
A hook-based system allows tool-free visor removal, improving ease of use.
The helmet includes a visor lock system to secure the visor in the closed position while riding.

Ventilation System
The helmet incorporates specific channeling within the polystyrene liner that works in symbiosis with multiple air intakes.

This configuration supports optimal airflow and quick exhaust of hot air from inside the helmet.
Interior & Comfort
The inner liners are made of soft, breathable bi-elastic fabric with synthetic fibers.
They are designed to:
- Offer high sweat absorption
- Keep the interior fresh and dry
The cheek pads are easily removable and available in different thicknesses for comfort adjustment.
The interior supports wearing glasses.
Retention System
The helmet is equipped with a Double D-Ring retention system made from light alloy, providing secure and reliable fastening.
