Shell Construction
The outer shell is constructed using ADT-Advanced Thermoplastic, a mix of thermoplastic resins developed for high resistance during crashes.
The shell is produced in three sizes (S, M, L) to improve fit and ergonomics.
The helmet has been wind tunnel tested to evaluate aerodynamic performance.
Protective Polystyrene (EPS)
The internal protective polystyrene liner is realized in three sizes (S, M, L) to achieve better ergonomics.
It features variable density EPS, allowing gradual and progressive absorption of impact energy.
While the external shell absorbs most of the energy through deformation, the polystyrene liner plays a key role in absorbing residual energy.
Visor System
The KYT TT-REVO helmet features a refined visor mechanism designed for practicality and efficiency.
An intuitive visor lock system secures the visor in the closed position while riding.
Visor specifications:
- Material: Polycarbonate
- Optical Class: Class 1 (variable thickness)
- Features: Scratch-resistant, UV380 ray filters
- Pinlock: Ready for Antifog Pinlock Max Vision 70
Ventilation System
The helmet incorporates specific channeling within the polystyrene liner that works in symbiosis with multiple air intakes.
Ventilation layout:
- 5 front air intakes
- 4 rear air extractors under the aerodynamic spoiler
This system supports optimal airflow and quick exhaust of hot air from inside the helmet.
Interior & Comfort
The inner liners are made from soft, breathable bi-elastic fabric with synthetic fibers.
They are designed to:
- Offer high sweat absorption
- Keep the interior fresh and dry
- Maintain airflow around the face
The fine fabric construction supports comfort during everyday and longer rides.
Retention System
The helmet uses a Double D-Ring retention system made from light alloy, providing secure and reliable fastening.
