Overtech Performance Engineering
KYT developed the Overtech as a versatile full-face helmet engineered to provide excellent protection and aerodynamic stability. By utilizing rigorous wind-tunnel testing and advanced material research, the developers ensured reliable performance in both city traffic and open-road conditions. Consequently, the aggressive yet ergonomic design reduces wind turbulence while maintaining a balanced weight distribution for long rides.
The helmet carries ECE 22.06, DOT, and Indian BIS ISI certifications. Therefore, it confirms full compliance with international safety regulations and remains completely legal for road use in India.
The Advanced Thermoplastic (ADT) shell offers high resistance to impacts and crashes. Furthermore, KYT manufactures the shell in three sizes to improve fit precision and optimize energy distribution during an event.
The internal liner features variable density EPS for progressive shock absorption. Additionally, the production of three EPS sizes enhances ergonomics and efficiently absorbs residual impact energy.
Advanced Vision and Climate Control
Moreover, the Optical Class 1 polycarbonate visor provides crystal-clear vision through its variable thickness design. Because it includes UV 380 ray filters and a scratch-resistant coating, your eyes stay shielded from debris and harmful radiation. The intuitive lock system ensures a secure closure, and the mechanism remains ready for Pinlock MaxVision 70 inserts.
Five front air intakes work in symbiosis with advanced EPS air channeling and four rear air extractors. This configuration supports rapid heat dissipation and continuous airflow to keep the rider cool in Indian weather.
