Description
Homologation
The helmet comes with ECE 22.06, DOT, and ISI certification.
Shell
Shell is made in three sizes (S, M, & L), ADT-advanced thermoplastic, a mix of thermoplastic resins with high resistance to crashes.
Wind tunnel tested
Protective Polystyrene
Internal polystyrene is realized in three sizes (S, M, & L) to obtain better ergonomics and a variable density. This characteristic allows a gradual and progressive absorption of the energy produced by the impact. Even if the bigger part of the energy created by the impact is absorbed by the external shell, thanks to its deformation, the role of polystyrene is determinant for the absorption of the residual energy.
Visor
The refined mechanics of the visor mechanism have been designed to offer practicality of use and efficiency at the same time. TT-REVO is equipped with an intuitive lock system to fix the visor in the closed position while driving. The visor has a variable thickness in order to obtain the optical class 1, polycarbonate, scratch-resistant visor with UV380 ray filters. TT-REVO is ready for Antifog Pinlock Max Vision 70.
Ventilation
Particular channelings obtained on polystyrene allow to work in symbiosis with the several air intakes for optimal ventilation into the helmet and a quick exhaust of the hot air. TT REVO has five air intakes on the front and four air extractors under the aerodynamic spoiler.
Inners
They are made of soft, breathable bi-elastic fabric with synthetic fibers that offer high sweat absorption and keep fresh and dry. Inners are made of fine and soft fabrics in fiber that ease the air flow, maintaining dryness and freshness of the part in contact with the face.
Retention System
The retention system used is the ‘Double D-RING’ in light alloy.
