Helmet Overview

The KYT TT-REVO helmet is a full-face motorcycle helmet whose shell is produced using ADT-advanced thermoplastic, a mix of thermoplastic resins with high resistance to crashes. Its captivating and extreme shapes have been deeply studied in the wind tunnel to achieve optimal aerodynamic performance without neglecting style and ergonomics.

Developed through collaboration with aeronautics engineers, supported by special software and extensive wind-tunnel testing, the KYT TT-REVO helmet is engineered to be strong, comfortable, and performance-oriented, making it suitable for daily commuting and regular road riding.

Shell Construction

The outer shell is constructed from ADT (Advanced Thermoplastic), a blend of thermoplastic resins developed for high resistance to impacts.
The shell is produced in three sizes (S, M, L) to ensure improved ergonomics and fit accuracy.

Protective Polystyrene (EPS)

The internal protective polystyrene liner is realized in three sizes (S, M, L) to obtain better ergonomics.
It features variable density EPS, allowing gradual and progressive absorption of impact energy.
While the external shell absorbs a major portion of impact energy through deformation, the polystyrene liner plays a determinant role in absorbing residual energy.

Visor System

The visor is made of polycarbonate with anti-scratch treatment.
A new ratchet system allows tool-free visor removal, improving ease of use.
The helmet also features a new visor lock system to secure the visor in the closed position while riding.

Ventilation System

Interior & Comfort

The inner liners are made of soft, breathable bi-elastic fabric with synthetic fibers.
They are designed to:
