TT Revo Engineering Overview
KYT specifically engineered the TT Revo as a racing-focused full-face helmet to achieve the best balance between aerodynamics, comfort, and safety. By utilizing advanced software simulations and extensive wind tunnel testing, the developers achieved excellent stability and reduced turbulence. Consequently, the aggressive yet ergonomic shell design enhances riding comfort while maintaining a sporty, premium appearance suitable for daily commuting and spirited highway riding.
The helmet carries ECE 22.06 and Indian BIS ISI certifications. Therefore, it confirms strict compliance with international safety standards and remains fully road-legal for everyday riding in India.
The Advanced Thermoplastic (ADT) shell offers high resistance against impacts. Furthermore, KYT manufactures the shell in three sizes to improve airflow efficiency and fit accuracy across different head shapes.
The internal polystyrene liner allows for the progressive absorption of impact energy. Additionally, the multi-size EPS architecture significantly reduces residual forces to enhance rider safety.
